The Lllullaillaco, highest summit in the province of Salta, and second highest active volcano in the world, a high altitude sanctuary for the Incas where the famous mummies that today rest at Salta museum were found. A true challenge.

A really nice Mountain where we can reach incredibly high with our 4wd to set our BC with incredible views of the distant Saltflats, Nevado de Cachi, Nevado de Chañi and other magestic mountains.

A very attarctive volcanic cone with lava paths over his occidental face call us to climb up this beautiful mountain.Through old mines roads we climb up to 5000mts, we then continue towards the summit where we will be able to observe the plains of the Puna de Atacama.
